He is an ardent fan of the Starlight Knight show and often refers to himself as one of the Starlight Knights, reciting many classic lines from the series. He affectionately calls his pair of custom-made high-caliber revolvers “the girls,” which he received as a gift from an old friend. Despite his seemingly unreliable appearance, once Billy gets serious, he’s more than capable of taking on any challenge.
